Civil law

A civil law issue can directly affect a person's property, assets, or rights. In such situations, the legal solution often depends on the details: the existing documents, the history of the parties' relationship, the applicable deadlines, the available evidence, and how the strategy is built.

I provide advice, assistance and representation in civil law cases, starting from a careful analysis of the specific situation and relevant documents. When there are several legal options, I aim to identify the solution that best protects the client's interests and avoid unnecessary or disproportionate steps.

Services may include, depending on the specific situation:

  • disputes regarding property rights and other real rights;
  • actions in claims, boundary and other real estate disputes;
  • problems regarding possession and acquisition of property rights;
  • drafting, analysis and interpretation of civil contracts;
  • disputes regarding the execution, non-execution or termination of contracts;
  • debt recovery and claims actions;
  • civil liability and compensation claims;
  • successions and disputes regarding the rights of heirs;
  • cancellation, nullity or other issues regarding legal acts;
  • negotiations and attempts at amicable resolution of conflicts;
  • drafting notifications and other legal documents;
  • representation before courts.

Pre-trial analysis

Not every conflict needs to go to court, and not every seemingly possible action is appropriate.

Before initiating a dispute, I analyze the legal basis, the available documents and evidence, the potential risks and the outcome sought by the client. When possible and advantageous, a negotiated solution can be considered first. When litigation is necessary, the strategy must be prepared from the outset based on what can be argued and demonstrated.
